Shipping & Refund Policy
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email and an order number will be issued. Postage is calculated based on your location and the quantity of items you purchased.
Please take care in providing us with a correct address as we'll send it to the information given in your order. We do not take responsibility in any orders with a incorrect address due to the customer providing incorrect information. If it needs to be fixed contact us and we can fix it for you.
We do not take any responsibility for any items for any postage delays occurred as a result of a fault within USPS.
Outlaw Leather does not take any responsibility for any items lost during postage (International as well)
Orders will be shipped via USPS International Service, please allow a delivery time of between 1-3 weeks for your package to arrive.

Our policy is valid up to 30 days after receiving your merchandise. If more than 30 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in mint condition. If item is found to be in less than mint condition, Outlaw Leather will send back your item as it will be considered ineligible for a refund.
Outlaw Leather will refund your purchase less a restocking fee of $15.00. Customer will also be responsible for shipping costs, unless return is due to a malfunction of our merchandise, in which case Outlaw Leather will be responsible for shipping costs, and no restocking fee will be charged under this circumstance.
Due to the customization of some of our merchandise, please keep in mind that merchandise that is specifically created for you, i.e. initials, names, quotes, verses, logos, etc., these are ineligible for refunds or returns unless it is due to a mistake or malfunction on our behalf. Please take the time to verify your custom orders for accuracy.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
After 10 business days, If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account/credit card for confirmation. Then, contact your credit card company or bank to follow up, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted from financial institution to financial institution. .

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 2626 S. Shaver, Pasadena, TX 77502.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item nor are we responsible for any returned items that are lost, damaged, or stolen before reaching our facility.
